REMUNERATION TO PARTNERS OF PARTNERSHIP FIRMS
|
The maximum permissible remuneration which can be drawn by the working partners has been revised as under:
Book profit upto Rs. 3,00,000/- ..... Rs. 1,50,000/- or 90% of book profits
whichever is higher.
On the Balance ..... 60% of Book Profits
Further the differential working for professional and non professional firms have been done away with.  |
