CASH PAYMENT EXCEEDING rS. 20,000/-
|
It is now proposed that in the case of payment made for plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages, aggregate payment exceeding Rs. 35,000/- instead of Rs. 20,000/- shall not be allowed as business expenditure unless the same is paid through account payee cheque or account payee bank draft. The proposed amendment shall be effective from 1st October, 2009.  |
